Everything Tenaro keeps — and everything that leaves your device.
Effective October 28, 2026. In the app: Settings › About › Privacy Policy.
Tenaro has no account and no server of ours. This is everything it keeps and everything that leaves your iPhone or iPad.
What’s stored
Your unit, tenants and their contacts, leases, charges, payments, deposits, documents you attach, and your settings.
Where it’s kept
On your iPhone or iPad. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, the backup includes Tenaro’s records, as it does for any app. We can’t see them.
What leaves your device
A message to support — only when you write one, from your own mail app. A diagnostics report is attached to it: the app and system version, how many records there are, the storage used and the app’s log with personal details hidden. You see it and can remove it before sending.
Diagnostics — only when you send them yourself, after you see what’s inside.
Crash reports, to Apple, if you allowed sharing with app developers in your device’s settings.
What there isn’t
No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party code and no servers of ours.
Your tenants’ data
Tenaro keeps what a tenancy needs: names, contacts and an identity document number. A photo of an identity document is kept only if you choose to add one.
You decide why this data is kept, so you are responsible for it under data-protection law. Tenaro is your tool: we never receive your tenants’ data.
Your choices
Deleting the app deletes its records from your device.
